The Pro-Cue ¾ jointed cue is made in England by Peradon. The cue is crafted from Ebony and North American Ash and measures a full 58 inches.Ash used for the cue is selected with the utmost care. Only the strongest and the straightest is used so that shaft is solid and strong and best for play. Ebony is spliced to the ash and the cue is then shaped to produce a four round point design.Shaping the cue over a certain period of time until the desired shape is achieved reduces stress to the timber. After which, there are numerous sanding and finishing processes so that the cue becomes smoother.
Joint problems, which frequently plague multiple jointed cues are reduced by having each of the two sections of the joint turned with precision using a single piece of brass. They are then fitted to 16 inches from the butt for a total shaft length of 42 inches. The butt comes with a name disc bearing the words Peradon Pro-Cue and extensions that can be purchased separately can be easily fitted into the butt end joint or the ¾ joint.
