Measuring 58 inches, the Sheffield two-piece cue is made by Peradon in England. It is crafted with exotic Ebony and North American Ash. Ash is selected carefully to ensure that it is strong and straight before it undergoes turning and before it is machine spliced to the Ebony butt timber, sanded and finished to make it smoother.
It also has a front splice of Kingwood and it has orange and black veneers spliced to the butt section to give it a distinctive appearance. The different sections of the joint are turned with precision from one piece of solid brass and are fitted for exact alignment of the Ash grain on both sides of the brass collar.
The Sheffield two-piece cue is distinctive and easily distinguishable because of its nameplate with the words Peradon Sheffield. The cue’s quick action joint can also be connected to extensions which can be purchased optionally and separately.
